Janis Honored by National Football Federation

On Sunday, April 7th Michael Janis was honored as Scholar Athlete by the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame’s National Capital Chapter at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia. The event honored 39 athletes from the DMV for their leadership, sportsmanship, competitive zeal, community involvement and their drive for academic excellence.

2019 Football Schedule Released

The 2019 Football Schedule was released yesterday and our Dawgs will open the season at home vs Walter Johnson HS who they finished the 2018 regular season against in a tough match up that saw the Dawgs win 36-28 in monsoon conditions. October Student Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to our October Student Athlete’s of the Month! Kaylin Yeoh, Golf – Kaylin is a sophomore who helped lead the coed golf team to a regular season championship. She led with the 4th lowest season scoring average amongst all coed golfers in the county. At the State Championship on October 24th, she finished 2nd

Football Team Debuts New Helmets

The football team continues to set itself apart from the competition. A 7-1 record has them doing it on the field and now the debut of new black helmets has them also doing it in the style department. The Dawgs conducted a lot of necessary fundraising to obtain the new Schutt Vengeance Z-10’s to go along
