Boys Swim & Dive Claim 2nd & Girls 4th @ State Finals!

Congratulations to our swimmers today for some phenomenal performances at States!  Our boys finished second by just 2 points to Richard Montgomery, 289-287.  Despite being on the short side of yet another close finish, we have quite a bit to be proud of.  Here are all of our top 3 finishers: 1st place & State Champions–

Gwenyth Asbury Runs to Victory!

Gwenyth Asbury ran the 800M race in 2:22 to win the 4A Maryland State Championship on Tuesday at the Prince Georges Sportsplex. Asbury’s final kick gave her Churchill’s only state title on the night. Asbury was also apart of the 4x800M relay team that finished in 3rd overall.

Boys & Girls Swim Finish 2nd @ Regional Meet

The boys and girls continue their strong winter performances, each finishing in 2nd place at the Maryland 4A West Regional. Congratulations swimmers on another great performance. The team will be competing in the Maryland State Championships on February 24-25, 2017 at the University of Maryland.   4a3a west region championships 2-18-17

Basketball Playoff Games Set

The first round of games are set for this Friday night at home. The boys will face Walter Johnson at 5:30p and the girls will play Northwood at 7:15p. Come out and cheer on your Dawgs to victory!  

Jack Wagman to Maryland

Senior OL Jack Wagman is headed to the University of Maryland to continue his football career. Jack was invited by the team to be a preferred walk-on for the 2017 football season after a stellar high school career. Congratulations Jack!
