All Mets

1st Team:


Parker Hill, Jr. – Girls Basketball

One of the area’s most dominant post players, Hill averaged 16 points, 11 rebounds and 3.5 steals as the Bulldogs cruised through Montgomery County and into the Maryland 4A semifinals.

Noah Rutberg, Sr. – Boys Swimming

At the Maryland 4A/3A championships, Rutberg broke his own state record in the 100 backstroke (49.36) and anchored his team to a state record in the 200 medley relay (1:33.51). He also won the title in the 200 individual medley (1:50.90).


2nd Team:


Ziad Bandak, Sr. – Boys Swimming

Ziad won a state championship in the 500yd event and was part of the state champion 200yd relay at the MPSSAA State Championships. He was also part of the 2nd place 400yd relay team.


Honorable Mention


Jomo Goings, Sr. – Boys Basketball

Jomo led the boys basketball team to a historic season as the team won their division and for the first time in school history a region title. Jomo finished 5th in the DMV in scoring at 25.2 ppg and also averaged 7.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.8 steals on the season.


Brittini Martin, Sr. – Girls Basketball

Brittini led the girls basketball team to its second straight undefeated regular season and its first region title since 2003. Brittini will finish her career with over 1000 points after averaging 16.3 ppg on the season. The Senior PG also averaged 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 assists per game. She’ll lead teh team in the MPSSAA State Semi-Finals once the school returns to session.


Georgia Yang, Fr. – Girls Swimming

Georgia had one heck of a freshman season for the swim team. She helped the team to a 3rd place finish at the state championships. At the meet she placed 3rd in the 200yd freestyle, 6th in the 500yd freestyle and was part of the 2nd place 200yd relay and 4th place 400yd relay.


Ben Long Zuo, Jr. – Boys Swimming

Ben helped the boys team to a 2nd place finish at the state championships with his state championship win in the 100yd breaststroke and he was part of the state championship 200yd relay and 2nd place 400 yd relay.
